Renegades Barbershop Policy

At Renegades Barbershop we respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Every appointment time is reserved specifically for you and last-minute changes impact our team and other clients trying to get scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who are on our waiting list and seeking services.

Please be aware that if an appointment is missed or canceled without the required 12 hour notice a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. This fee is non-refundable.

Late Arrival

If you anticipate being late please give us a call to let us know. Should you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your service and a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service(s) will apply.

No Shows

No-call/No show appointments may result in fees and could require prepayment before booking future appointments.
